Core Responsibilities
· Production & Procurement Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end procurement of raw materials, industrial consumables, and equipment required to keep production lines running without interruption.
· Cost & Budget Management: Develop production budgets, monitor expenses, and conduct continuous variance analysis of budgeted versus actual costs to improve Return on Investment (ROI).
· Contract & Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate high-value contracts and terms with suppliers, logistics partners, and vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing and optimal commercial conditions.
· Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to ensure a steady flow of materials, manage inventory levels, and oversee dispatch processes.
· Commercial Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operations comply with relevant statutory and taxation laws (e.g., GST, customs, local regulations) and manage commercial MIS reporting for management review.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Finance; an MBA is highly preferred.
· Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in plant commercial operations, supply chain, or manufacturing finance.
· Business Acumen: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, working capital management, and supply chain logistics.
· Technical Proficiencies: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) and data analytical tools for forecasting and cost analysis.
· Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
