The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role includes supervising workers, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor construction progress and report updates to management.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local laws.
- Manage material usage and monitor inventory at the site.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to management.
- Maintain site records, attendance, work progress, and incident reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the site.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and site management.
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience (can be adjusted based on company requirement).
Pay: ₹17,078.07 - ₹25,359.11 per month
