We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Incharge to oversee overall HR operations and support organizational growth through effective people management practices. The candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, HR policy implementation, and statutory compliance activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee records
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll coordination and HR documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance and HR legal requirements
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR reports and MIS data
- Support management in workforce planning and HR operations
- Handle performance monitoring and employee support activities
Required Skills:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition knowledge

- HR policy implementation knowledge

- Good MS Excel and computer knowledge

Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA (HR) / Any Degree with HR Experience
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge in HR operations and compliance
