About the Role
Dot Media is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations and coordination across different teams. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to operations, team coordination, project execution, documentation, and process management within a fast-paced media and advertising environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups on ongoing projects.
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, databases, and operational documents.
- Support the team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating meetings and activities.
- Follow up with team members and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and pending tasks.
- Help maintain proper documentation and records of operational activities.
- Support the team in identifying operational gaps and improving internal processes.
- Assist with coordination between different departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare regular status updates and reports for the management/team.
- Handle any additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates interested in media, advertising, influencer marketing, and talent management will be preferred.
Internship Duration-06 Months
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
