Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable, secure, and user-friendly enterprise SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across backend development, frontend application delivery, API integrations, database design, authentication, role-based access, and cloud-ready deployment practices. This role requires someone who can work across React/Next.js frontend development and Node.js/TypeScript backend systems while understanding complex business workflows, multi-tenant SaaS security, and B2B platform requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
· Build responsive, scalable, and performant frontend interfaces for enterprise SaaS platforms
· Develop secure backend services, REST APIs, and integration layers for internal and external systems
· Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models, schemas, and queries
· Implement Supabase solutions including Auth, Row Level Security, Edge Functions, and frontend integration
· Implement authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth basics, RBAC, and permission-based UI behaviour
· Integrate frontend components with backend APIs, webhooks, and third-party services
· Build user journeys including dashboards, multi-step forms, tables, status tracking, workflow screens, and account-management interfaces
· Ensure application reliability through validation, error handling, logging, retries, rate limiting, testing, and monitoring readiness
· Collaborate with product, design, backend, frontend, and management teams to deliver practical business outcomes
Required Skills
· Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
· Hands-on backend development experience with Node.js
· Hands-on frontend development experience with React and Next.js
· Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
· Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, third-party integrations, and API documentation
· Expertise in PostgreSQL, database design, query optimization, and data modelling
· Hands-on experience with Supabase including Auth, RLS, Edge Functions, and CLI
· Understanding of secure multi-tenant SaaS architecture, data isolation, RBAC, and API security practices
· Experience with Git, GitHub, Postman, OpenAPI/Swagger, and modern package managers such as npm, pnpm, or Yarn
· Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Playwright, or Cypress
Development Tools & Practices
· Visual Studio Code or similar IDE
· Git, GitHub, branching workflows, and code-review practices
· Postman for API validation and testing
· OpenAPI/Swagger for API documentation
· GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools

· Data-heavy screens with filtering, sorting, pagination, search, validation, and error recovery flows
· API-heavy applications with complex backend, frontend, and integration dependencies

Key Requirement
· Candidates must have strong real-world experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, REST APIs, third-party integrations, authentication, RBAC, and multi-tenant SaaS security.
· The successful candidate must be capable of building production-grade full stack applications, designing scalable architecture and data models, integrating external systems, delivering user-friendly frontend experiences, and explaining technical matters clearly to management and customers.
Initial 90-Day Outcomes
· Review available requirements, workflows, wireframes, code, repositories, and technical assets
· Assess existing frontend and backend code and identify usable components, risks, and gaps
· Define full stack architecture covering frontend, backend, APIs, database, security, integrations, and deployment approach
· Establish coding standards, reusable component patterns, repository controls, and code-review processes
· Build the core application shell, navigation, authentication, role-aware layouts, and permission-based UI behaviour
· Define and implement core customer, account, product, quote, order, authentication, and RBAC models
· Deliver initial working frontend screens and backend APIs for customer, account, product, quote, and order journeys
· Establish reusable form, table, validation, status, error-handling, logging, and auditability patterns
· Deliver at least one working external integration pathway and demonstrate working functionality in business terms
Provide clear platform and delivery updates to management and support customer, partner, or supplier discussions where required
Pay: ₹380,789.27 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
