- 2–5 years of experience in business development, export sales coordination, or a related role.
- Exposure to global or multinational business environments is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or working in a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or post-graduate qualification in Business Development / International Trade is an advantage.
About the Role
The Export Coordinator will work closely with the Vice President of Global Business Development to support and
drive strategic initiatives, manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional projects, and facilitate business
growth across international markets. This is a dynamic, high-impact role suited for ambitious professionals who
thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Coordination
- Assist the VP in executing global business development strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications for the VP's business development activities.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, proposals, and briefing documents.
- Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Market Research & Business Intelligence
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Analyze data and prepare insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor global industry developments and maintain updated databases of prospects and partners.
Client & Partner Relationship Management
- Coordinate with existing and prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders across global markets.
- Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Support the development and maintenance of strong, long-term client relationships.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage documentation related to business development activities including quotation, sales order, export
documents coordination, contracts, MOUs, and NDAs.
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes/action points.
