About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager / Team Lead to lead customer engagement initiatives and manage a team responsible for promoting EV charging infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in customer relationship management, sales coordination, or business development.
This role involves interacting with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), business owners, investors, and prospective customers, while guiding the customer relationship team to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Customer Relationship team to achieve business and sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, business owners, and corporate customers.
- Introduce and explain EV charging infrastructure projects and investment opportunities to prospective clients.
- Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with senior management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and guidance to improve productivity.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
- Develop customer retention strategies and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets while ensuring quality customer engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Team Handling, Sales, Business Development, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, or related industries.
- Proven experience in leading and managing customer-facing teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with high-value customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
- Valid Driving License preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
