Strategic Account Manager – B2B Marketing Core Objective
Drive client success and revenue growth by delivering end-to-end integrated marketing solutions for B2B clients in engineering, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Roles & Goals
1. Client Leadership
Goal: Become the trusted advisor for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deep-dive into clients’ business models, challenges, and KPIs.
- Craft tailored strategies across content, digital, branding, and performance marketing to solve business problems.
- Present data-backed proposals and secure buy-in from C-suite stakeholders.
2. Strategy & Execution
Goal: Deliver measurable ROI through integrated campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead internal teams across Creative, SEO, Content, Performance Marketing, and Media to align deliverables with client goals.
- Design campaigns blending digital marketing, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
- Optimize budgets and tactics based on real-time performance analytics.
3. Business Growth
Goal: Expand client accounts and agency revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities (e.g., Webinar Series → Marketing Automation).
- Convert successful campaigns into case studies for new client acquisition.
- Generate client referrals through exceptional service delivery.
4. Performance Ownership
Goal: Ensure campaigns exceed KPIs related to leads, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor dashboards including ROI, CAC, and lead quality, and pivot strategies as required.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase impact and support contract renewals.
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving year-over-year growth.

- Expertise in integrated marketing, including SEO, Content Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, and Email Marketing.

- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for pitches, reports, and case studies.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
