We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Specialist to bridge business requirements with innovative GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business workflows and identify GenAI automation opportunities
- Clean, structure & curate Speech-to-Text (STT) and customer service interaction data
- Analyze customer intents, agent behaviors and recurring service patterns
- Design, test and optimize LLM prompts & dynamic prompt templates
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, hallucination, tone and business-rule adherence
- Optimize prompts for reliability, latency and token efficiency
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Support and Product teams
Must-Have Skills
✅ 8+ years in Data Analytics / NLP / Conversational AI / GenAI / Prompt Engineering
✅ Strong experience with LLMs & Generative AI
✅ Prompt Engineering & LLM evaluation
✅ Python / SQL, text processing & regex
✅ Experience with STT / transcription data
✅ OpenAI API / Anthropic / LangChain / LlamaIndex or equivalent
✅ Customer Service / Contact Center / CCaaS / CRM domain experience

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
