Job Summary
The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role involves managing the complete tendering process from tender search to submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities through various portals.
- Download, review, and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and compile technical, commercial, and statutory documents required for tender submission.
- Coordinate with management, engineering, finance, and procurement teams for obtaining necessary information and approvals.
- Prepare EMD, tender fees, declarations, affidavits, and other supporting documents.
- Upload and submit bids through e-tendering portals within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and tender databases.
- Monitor tender results, corrigenda, addendums, and bid opening information.
- Liaise with clients and government departments regarding tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.
- Assist in contract documentation and post-award activities when required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
