High Growth Eco Power Solutions Pvt Ltd is a growing solar energy company dedicated to clean energy solutions. We are seeking a skilled Welder to fabricate and assemble metal structural components, racking systems, and ground mounts for our solar installations.
Key Responsibilities
Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum components for solar ground mounts, tracking systems, and custom structural supports.
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and structural drawings.
Operate fabrication equipment safely.
Inspect completed welds and structures to ensure quality, structural integrity, and compliance with engineering specifications.
Assist installation crews with on-site assembly, adjustments, and modifications as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: professional welding experience (experience with structural steel or outdoor installations is a plus).
Skills: Proficiency in welding; strong ability to read blueprints and measure precisely.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift weights and work outdoors
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
