We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Odoo Techno-Functional Developer & Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Odoo ERP development, customization, and implementation, along with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our Odoo services.
Role & Responsibilites-:
- Customize, develop, and deploy Odoo modules according to client requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform Odoo system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other systems.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients for Odoo implementation and customization projects.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable Odoo solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop well-integrated Odoo applications that meet business requirements, perform code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and optimize the performance of the Odoo applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Customise existing Odoo modules, workflows, reports, access controls, and dashboards
- work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and propose efficient Odoo-based solutions
Qualifications-:
- Proven experience as an Odoo Developer and Business Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Odoo modules, APIs, and custom module development.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
