We are looking ETP, RO AND MEE Operator for our Attibele, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Salary: 15000 to 25000
Qualification : any degree Or Diploma or ITI
Experiences : Minimum 2 years Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and RO systems
- Ensure proper treatment of wastewater before discharge or reuse
- Check and control parameters like pH, TDS, flow rate, pressure
- Handle chemical dosing (chlorine, coagulants, antiscalants, etc.)
- Perform back washing, regeneration, and membrane cleaning
- Maintain daily log sheets and reports
- Troubleshoot issues in pumps, valves, filters, and membranes
- Ensure compliance with pollution control norms
Daily Tasks
- Start/stop plant operations as per schedule
- Monitor inlet & outlet water quality
- Record readings (pressure, conductivity, etc.)
- Clean filters, cartridges, and membranes
- Coordinate with maintenance team if breakdown occurs
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemistry or related field preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years (freshers sometimes accepted for junior roles)
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of water treatment processes
- Understanding of RO and MEE systems &
- Ability to read gauges and instruments
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals
- Use PPE (gloves, masks, etc.)
- Ensure environmental regulations are met
