Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Meet monthly lead generation, appointment booking, and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Sales Development.
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- B2B SaaS, IT Services, Healthcare, or Enterprise Sales.
- Experience handling USA, UAE, or Middle East markets.
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and consultative selling
Pay: ₹9,802.55 - ₹33,755.06 per month
