JOB TITLE: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

MineralX Flowtech Private Limited is an industrial engineering company supplying slurry pumps, hydrocyclones, drum motors, and flow handling systems for mineral and process industries.
JOB ROLE
Responsible for generating leads, visiting industrial customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Coimbatore industrial belt.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial markets
- Visit customers such as factories, plants, contractors, and maintenance teams
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales orders
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical solutions to clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products (pumps, cyclones, flow systems)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and pending orders regularly
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collect market information, competitor pricing, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal technical, production, and service teams for smooth execution
- Handle client communication before and after sales support
- Represent the company during industrial visits, site meetings, and field activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Good communication in Tamil and English
- Willingness to travel for field sales
- Sales or industrial experience preferred
