- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet, and branch office connectivity, including routing, switching, VLANs, STP, LACP, and IP addressing.
- Configure and manage enterprise switches, Cisco Meraki wireless infrastructure, and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
- Manage firewall policies, NAT, security profiles, SSL/IPSec VPN, MFA, network segmentation, and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Configure and troubleshoot wireless connectivity, roaming, authentication, Guest Wi-Fi, Splash Pages, Captive Portals, and Google OAuth.
- Monitor network health, performance, bandwidth, RF, and security events; proactively identify and resolve outages, bottlenecks, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, TCP/IP, and IP addressing issues, including packet analysis using Wireshark.
- Perform firmware upgrades, hardware replacements, configuration backups, and network health checks with minimal downtime.
- Implement and maintain network redundancy/high availability, QoS, and secure network access including 802.1X/RADIUS/TACACS+ where applicable.
- Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs, and vendors for circuit management, hardware/software issues, and escalations.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, IP schemes, device inventory, configuration standards, and troubleshooting/runbooks.
- Follow change management, incident management, RCA, and preventive action processes for network issues.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, network migrations, new site deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Provide L1/L2 network support for users, conference rooms, video conferencing, and remote connectivity.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
