We are looking for a dynamic Middle School Science Teacher, who can deliver clear and effective lessons, ensuring understanding of concepts as per the CBSE - NCERT syllabus.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, experiments, and multimedia tools, to engage students.
Assign, grade, and provide feedback on homework, projects, and assignments.
Classroom Management:
- Create a safe, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual support as needed.
- Encourage student participation and foster critical thinking skills.
- Assessments and Reporting:
- Design and administer regular formative and summative assessments.
- Prepare students for the periodic and final examinations by providing revision sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of students' performance and provide periodic progress reports.
Curriculum Planning:
- Collaborate with other science teachers to design the course structure and ensure alignment with CBSE standards.
- Update and develop lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Incorporate practical experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical learning.
Student Development:
- Identify and address individual learning needs and offer remedial or enrichment sessions.
- Encourage student curiosity and interest in Physics through real-life applications and hands-on activities.
- Help students develop analytical and problem-solving skills.
Parent and Teacher Communication:
- Meet with parents/guardians to discuss students' progress and any concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities as needed.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Physics education and CBSE guidelines.
- Participate in school professional development programs, workshops, and trainings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in Science or a related field from a recognized university is mandatory.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of teaching experience in Physics & Chemistry, preferably for the CBSE Middle School.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum, NCERT and exam formats.

- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

- Strong classroom management skills.
