We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Executive with 1+ year of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing, preparing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Knowledge of automation testing is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements.
- Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct UI, API, and cross-browser testing.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and daily stand-up meetings.
- Ensure software quality standards are met before release.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Understanding of SQL for database validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Selenium or other automation testing tools.
- Experience with mobile application testing (Android/iOS).
- Exposure to performance or security testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
