Job Opening: Academic Counsellor

Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (subject to vary)
Key Responsibilities
- Academic counselling for students and parents
- Day-to-day administrative work
- Maintain student data and academic records
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, PPT)
- Support academic operations and coordination
- Create posters and basic video creatives using Canva
- Smart use of AI tools for productivity
- Tele-calling
Required Skills
- Strong academic understanding
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management
- Canva poster & video editing skills
- Efficient AI tool usage
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (compulsory)
Work Timings
- 9 hours per day
- Work may extend till 8:30–9:00 PM (evening tuitions schedule)
- 1 day off per week
Eligibility
- Graduates preferred
- Age- 25+
