We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, corporate clients, schools, colleges, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience (experience in furniture, interiors, construction, building materials, office solutions, or related industries preferred).
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
