Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven AI Outreach Specialist to design and execute AI-powered outbound campaigns. The role focuses on building scalable automation systems to generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline. You will work with modern AI and automation tools to improve outreach efficiency and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Run AI-powered outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and automation platforms
- Build, optimize, and scale automated workflows for consistent lead generation
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across startups and enterprise companies
- Manage outreach tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, and similar platforms
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team and support pipeline growth
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve conversion rates
- Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting, and automation strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI-based lead generation or outbound automation
- Hands-on experience with outreach tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms
- Strong understanding of B2B prospecting and lead qualification
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a data-driven and analytical mindset
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email strategies, and funnel optimization

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
