Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications using the Frappe Framework
- Implement and enhance features in ERPNext
- Create custom DocTypes, fields, scripts (Client & Server Scripts)
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and print formats
- Work on integrations (REST APIs, third-party systems)
- Customize workflows, permissions, and automation
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage deployments, updates, and version control (Git)
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical support and user training when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext
- Good understanding of ERP modules:
- Accounts
- Buying & Selling
- Inventory / Stock
- Manufacturing
- Experience with:
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- MariaDB / MySQL
- REST APIs & integrations
- Familiarity with:
- Bench CLI & deployment
- Linux server environment
- Git version control
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in ERP implementation & business process mapping
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Frappe Cloud)
- Experience with performance tuning and security best practices
- Exposure to multi-company or multi-currency setups
- Prior experience in migrating from other ERPs (e.g., Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
