Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager (2+ Years Experience)About the Role
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 2+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, has a strong analytical mindset, and possesses expertise in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic, search engine rankings, and online visibility.
- Create, manage, and optimize engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase customer engagement, and improve retention.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic digital channels while continuously improving conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and performance optimization to maximize campaign ROI.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, web development, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and successful campaign execution.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI marketing tools, and industry best practices.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for management.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- SEO & SEM
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics/reporting tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative design tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience working in a performance marketing or lead-generation environment is an added advantage.
