We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven National Sales Manager to lead and manage both individual sales performance and the overall sales team across India. The candidate should be highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of driving revenue growth while building and managing a strong sales team. The role requires extensive travel across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should preferably have exposure to the Educational Sales industry.
- Must have connections with the signing authorities of schools.
- Should be a part of the hardcore Business development team (field sales).
- Should understand Business Dynamics.
- It’s a purely B2B Sales profile. The schools \/ clients will have to be mapped by the person.
- Person should have multiple contact points in all the clients and the most common touchpoints are Principals, Teachers, and HOD.
- The role involves pitching to various Schools to onboard them for the FunFit’s best designed Integrated programs for most demanded skills.
- Service the needs of the existing customers whenever required
- Monitor quality of program and guide team on completeness and quality.
- Consistent visit to School for generating prospects.
- Actively participate in events, seminars and all other sourcing activities.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annually Target.
- Manage and drive individual sales performance along with team sales targets

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA (preferred)
- Candidates with prior experience in Education Field Sales will be preferred
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
