About the Role
Premier Fashion International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both our online and offline sales & marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, traditional marketing, business development, and brand promotion. The candidate must be capable of planning and executing strategies that drive business growth across both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for both online and offline channels.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and other online platforms.
- Handle e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and the company website.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities, promotions, exhibitions, dealer/distributor engagement, and brand campaigns.
- Generate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3+years of experience in both online and offline sales & marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, branding, and traditional marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and online marketplace management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills.
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
