We're Hiring | Senior Associate KPO
Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Are you an experienced Trade Compliance professional with expertise in Customs, STPI, EOU, and IGCRD operations? We're looking for a Senior Associate to join our team and drive regulatory compliance, customs coordination, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Trade Compliance activities for EOU/STPI operations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Trade Compliance teams, Customs, and STPI authorities
Prepare and submit IGCRD applications, QPR, APR, Form-A returns, and statutory reports
Handle B-17 Bond management, ICEGATE processes, Duty Forgone reports, and customs documentation
Support import/export compliance, MIS reporting, and finance coordination
Lead team operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely execution
We're Looking For:
58 years of experience in Trade Compliance, Customs, EXIM, STPI, or EOU operations
Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, IGCRD, STPI, EOU, B-17 Bond, and ICEGATE
Proficiency in MS Excel (SAP knowledge preferred)
Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce,
