QuestWorkx is looking for a Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment to join our team.
Location: Candidates based in or around Thane and Mumbai only preferred.
Work Model: Remote
OfficeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in an office-based environment with a recruitment consultancy or corporate Talent Acquisition team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – a strong command of English is mandatory
Ability to independently manage multiple technical mandates
Please Note: Candidates with only freelance or work-from-home recruitment experience will not be considered.
