We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele caller Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers to promote our products/services, and generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate is a professional who can maintain a positive attitude under pressure and has a passion for building customer relationships.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers to explain product features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities; schedule appointments or site visits for the field sales team.
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls, address customer queries, and resolve grievances or technical uncertainties promptly.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, call logs, and feedback in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospects who have shown interest to move them further down the sales funnel.
- Script Adherence: Follow predefined scripts and communication guidelines while maintaining the flexibility to handle unique customer objections.
- Performance Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction scores.
3. Key Skills & Competencies
- Effective Communication: Clear, polite, and confident verbal communication in Malaylam.
- Active Listening: Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions rather than just "selling."
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to handle objections gracefully and convince prospects without sounding forceful.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software. Familiarity with AI-driven dialing systems is a plus.
- Resilience: A thick skin for handling rejection and the ability to maintain a high level of energy throughout the shift.
- Time Management: Ability to balance call volume with administrative tasks like data entry and reporting.
4. Education & Experience
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing or Business preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
