Key responsibilities
- Procurement strategy and planning: Develop and implement purchasing strategies that meet project requirements, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Vendor management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, contractors, and subcontractors based on reliability, quality, and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors.
- Purchase order management: Prepare and issue purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring all details like payment terms and compliance with company policies are included.
- Cost control: Manage and control costs related to purchasing, and stay within the project budget.
- Inventory management: Coordinate with sites to manage current inventory levels and plan for future requirements to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Compliance and documentation: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, and maintain proper documentation.
- Market research: Proactively research the market to identify new suppliers, materials, and equipment, staying updated on industry standards and specifications.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a purchase manager in the real estate or construction industry is crucial.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Knowledge:
- A thorough understanding of construction materials, tools, and equipment is required.
- Knowledge of purchasing systems and legal compliance is necessary.
- Software proficiency: Proficiency in software tools like ERP systems (e.g., Farvision) and Microsoft Office is often required
Salary-Upto 8 LPA

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
