Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, reels, carousels) in collaboration with the design team.
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and community queries in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute monthly calendars and campaign plans aligned with marketing goals.
- Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with influencers and manage small-scale influencer campaigns if required.
- Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven work experience in Social Media or in a similar role. ( Prefered work experience with renowned brands )
- Strong understanding of social platforms and their algorithms.
- Use AI platforms for video generation, voiceovers, subtitles, and enhancements
- Hands-on experience with Canva, basic editing tools, and social scheduling tools.
- Good copywriting and caption-writing skills.
- Ability to think creatively and generate fresh, engaging ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
