Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration capabilities.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming frameworks.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance standards relevant to human resources applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
