About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident science graduates to join our Client Relationship team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Assist in generating repeat business through regular customer engagement.
- Prepare daily and weekly client interaction reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
