About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain (preferred) along with exposure to other industry domains. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product thinking, requirement gathering, UI/UX conceptualization, and end-to-end solution design. Exposure to Zoho Corporation ecosystem will be an added advantage.
This role requires someone who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams—ensuring clear understanding, documentation, and delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business ideas into structured product requirements using wireframes, prototypes, and SRS documents
- Create concept designs, BRD, FSD, and detailed functional specifications with clear business process flows
- Analyze market trends and competition to position products effectively for end users
- Define and own complete product lifecycle including end-to-end workflow design
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications
- Act as a product and solution consultant, suggesting innovative solutions for client pain points
- Conduct functional and technical feasibility analysis for new products and enhancements
- Prepare gap analysis and delta documents for system improvements and change requests
- Work closely with Design, Development, and Stakeholder teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure requirements are achievable and aligned with business and technical constraints
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, reviews, and sign-offs with stakeholders
- Identify risks during requirement gathering, documentation, and testing phases
Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience in Healthcare domain projects (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX trends for Web and Mobile platforms
- Expertise in creating wireframes, mockups, and user journeys
- Proficiency in tools like Balsamiq Mockups, mind mapping tools, and requirement documentation platforms
- Strong understanding of SRS, BRD, FSD documentation standards
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting and product environment
