National Operations Head – Leisure Travel Vertical
Location: Mumbai | Function: Operations | Level: Senior Leadership
Role Overview
Lead and scale end-to-end leisure travel operations across India, ensuring operational excellence, superior customer experience, vendor efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Ownership: Oversee complete lifecycle of leisure travel operations including holiday packages, FIT, group tours, hotels, and destination experiences (domestic & international). Define SOPs and service benchmarks.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a pan-India operations team; drive performance culture and talent development.
- Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and travel partners.
- Customer Experience: Own satisfaction metrics and manage escalations for seamless service delivery.
- Revenue & Efficiency: Optimize costs, improve margins, and align operations with sales and profitability goals.
- Technology & Process: Leverage travel tech, CRM, and automation tools to enhance efficiency and TAT.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs including bookings, fulfillment, error rates, vendor performance, and CSAT.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Tourism/Hospitality/Business; MBA preferred.
- 12–18 years in travel industry; 4–5 years in senior operations leadership (leisure/holiday travel).
- Strong domestic & international market knowledge.
- Proven experience managing large, distributed teams and driving operational scale.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
