Job Overview
We are looking for passionate and experienced Online Trainers to deliver engaging virtual training sessions for skill-based and career-oriented courses. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise and the ability to simplify concepts through practical examples and hands-on learning.
This is not a school or tuition teaching role. We are specifically seeking trainers who can teach professional skills, tools, and job-oriented courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online training sessions in an interactive and engaging manner
- Deliver practical, industry-focused learning experiences
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments
- Explain concepts using real-world examples, tools, and case studies
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support learners by addressing doubts and mentoring them throughout the course
- Ensure active learner participation and maintain session engagement
- Track attendance, course progress, and session reports
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth training delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or industry coaching
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent subject knowledge in the relevant domain
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and practically
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, and digital tools
- Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory
- Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred
