We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Consultant Psychologist to provide psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic interventions to clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, ethical practice standards, and a commitment to promoting mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and case evaluations.
Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions as required.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress notes.
Prepare psychological reports and documentation.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
Participate in case discussions, supervision, and professional development activities.
Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling Psychology or related field).
Relevant clinical experience in counseling and psychotherapy.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or relevant specialization.
Experience working in a mental health clinic, hospital, or counseling center.
Training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, REBT, ACT, DBT, etc.).
