Job Description:
BHARATINDUS METALS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive - Ground Mount to drive sales and business development activities for ground-mounted solar structures/projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, handling client requirements, and achieving sales targets in the renewable energy and solar sector.
The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and market development skills with exposure to solar, industrial, or engineering product sales.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ground-mounted solar structure projects
- Generate leads through client visits, references, market research, and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, contractors, developers, and industrial clients
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by management
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for business conversion
Customer Coordination
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Coordinate with design, production, and projects teams for technical and commercial support
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely response
- Handle customer feedback and maintain long-term business relationships
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports
- Maintain customer database, enquiry tracker, and sales pipeline records
- Submit market feedback, competitor analysis, and business updates to management
- Track order status and coordinate for timely delivery and payment follow-up
Desired Candidate Profile:
- BE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or MBA in Sales & Marketing
- 1-3 years of experience in the solar industry (Ground Mounted Structures preferred)
- Strong understanding of solar mounting structures and fabrication
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
