Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing the overall functionality and reliability of the systems you support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and practices. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting applications. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
