Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our Chennai branch operations in the IT Hardware & Networking industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, business development experience, team handling capability, and operational knowledge in IT infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Drive sales growth and achieve branch revenue targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence.
- Handle B2B client meetings and generate new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and partners.
- Lead and motivate the sales and technical support team.
- Monitor branch performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with management for business planning and reporting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, and project coordination.
- Maintain inventory coordination and branch administration activities.

Experience: 5+ Years
Industry Preference: IT Hardware, Networking, System Integration, IT Infrastructure, CCTV/Surveillance, Telecom, or Technology Solutions Industry
Qualification: Any Degree / MBA Preferred
