Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee time records.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave inputs.
Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and employee appraisals.
Draft and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
Conduct background verification (BGV) and document verification for new employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
Support learning and development programs by coordinating training sessions.
Assist in handling employee grievances and maintaining positive employee relations.
Manage exit formalities, including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, full-and-final settlement coordination, and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and employee MIS reports using Excel or HRMS.
Support HR audits and maintain documentation for compliance purposes.
Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Should handle front office.
