Roles & Responsibilities:
· Attend calls to provide information related to insurance policies and informing about any modifications in the policy to prospective as well as current clients.
· Solicit sale of additional or new products and services.
· Examine whether the necessary changes were made in so as to resolve the customer’s problems.
· Cancel accounts and inform customers about claim investigation results.
· Keep the customers well-informed and satisfied every time.
· Maintain strong customer relationships.
· Keep customer transactions and interaction records including all the complaints, inquiries, comments, and actions performed.
· Send mails, newsletters, and other correspondence forms to customers.
· Protect the company reputation.
· Offer price quote information to prospective clients.

Qualification & Experience:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Basic computer knowledge is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
