Key Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support core HR functions and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR operations. The role also involves working closely with the Sales and Business Success teams to provide coordination and operational support. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle HR operations, including maintaining MIS reports and trackers
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Success teams for coordination and support
- Maintain and manage data such as email databases and reports when required
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good team player with a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in self-learning and professional development
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
