Job description:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will support lead generation, brand promotion, and field sales activities.
Sales & Marketing Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients (restaurants, caterers, hostels, corporates, retail stores).
- Conduct field visits, product demos, and sampling activities.
- Maintain and update daily sales reports, lead pipelines, and follow‑ups.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth first‑order execution.
- Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist senior sales managers in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Execute local marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand‑building activities.
- Support digital marketing tasks such as social media posting, content coordination, and basic analytics.
- Participate in events, food fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Assist in creating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, WhatsApp creatives)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Hospitality, or related fields.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business).
- Ability to work in the field, meet clients, and travel locally.
- Energetic, self‑driven, and eager to learn.
- Fluency in Tamil and English preferred.
