Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the Service, Claims, and Quotation teams. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication across departments, managing escalations, monitoring service levels, improving operational efficiency, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate activities between the Service, Claims, and Quotation teams.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of customer requests.
- Monitor daily operations and track pending tasks across departments.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and operational challenges.
Escalation Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer and internal escalations.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
Pay: From ₹48,000.00 per month
