Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute MEP works at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Civil, Architecture, and other project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Verify material quality and approve material usage at site.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Attend project meetings and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare billing measurements and certify contractor bills.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and reports.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in MEP execution within construction or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of IS Codes and relevant building standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
