Lifrica is building a secure, compliance-first Super App ecosystem that includes, Native iOS & Android applications, Web platform, Chat and communication infrastructure, FinTech integrations and KYC systems and Digital vault with privacy and security at its core
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst / QA Lead who will own the entire quality function at Lifrica. This is not a testing-only role. You will define QA strategy, drive quality across internal teams and external vendors, build automation and performance testing frameworks, and ensure production stability.
You will act as the quality gatekeeper before anything reaches users.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end QA across apps, web, APIs, and integrations, ensuring uncompromised quality before every release.
- Define and implement QA strategies, processes, standards, and documentation including test plans and SOPs.
- Develop automation frameworks for mobile, web, and APIs with strong regression coverage and CI/CD integration.
- Design and run load, stress, and scalability tests to ensure system stability under high load.
- Validate vendor deliverables, APIs, and performance
- Own bug lifecycle and enforce resolution discipline
- Define release criteria and conduct UAT and audits
- Ensure alignment with GDPR, DPDP, POPIA and secure practices
- Provide dashboards, risk reports, and release updates
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 7–10+ years in QA / Testing
- Experience in FinTech / Super App / SaaS
- Strong experience in mobile, web, and API testing
- Hands-on with Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter
Preferred but Not Mandatory
- Experience with chat systems, KYC integrations, cloud platforms, CI/CD
