We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Associate to own and drive the entire sales lifecycle — from lead generation to closing high-value deals. This role is suited for a proactive, self-driven professional who can independently lead digital initiatives, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into tangible revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns, including email outreach and targeted prospecting
- Identify and prioritize key industries and customer segments to develop a sustainable sales pipeline
- Manage leads proactively through consistent follow-ups, engagement, and multi-channel communication
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions
- Manage client interactions across virtual and in-person meetings as required
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to revenue growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT products, or services
- Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle sales and converting leads into customers
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and outbound sales strategies
- Ability to confidently present and sell technical solutions
- Familiarity with AI technologies or SaaS platforms is an added advantage
- Comfortable engaging with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Based in Mumbai or Bangalore
