5+ years as a Program Manager, Technical Product Owner, Product Owner or senior Business Analyst in Agile environments, with demonstrated delivery across multiple teams or products

Proven ability to track and resolve cross-team dependencies
Stakeholder management across business, product and technology teams
Technical product ownership, collaborating with architects, developers, QA and DevOps
Familiarity with the construction / AEC domain, or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly into a complex domain preferred
Required Skill Set
Spec-driven requirements practice — AI-assisted elicitation, user-story and acceptance-criteria authoring, with the specification treated as the source of truth for AI-augmented development teams
Cross-layer consistency — verifying business requirements, UX designs and API contracts are aligned before development begins (the artifact-contract discipline of RIB's AI-augmented SDLC)
Ability to translate business requirements into stories, including non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability)
Understanding of cross-platform (Flutter) mobile delivery and lifecycles, including where native iOS/Android capabilities and device integrations are reached through plugins
Understanding of APIs, backend integrations and system dependencies
Backlog management in Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent
Strong dependency identification, tracking and resolution across multiple teams and products
Strong prioritization balancing business value, roadmap and dependencies
High-level understanding of mobile architecture, frameworks and release processes
Release-readiness coordination across multiple release trains — open items, sign-offs, go/no-go • Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery models
Responsibilities
Own delivery across the One Mobile portfolio — coordinating requirements, sprints and releases across Unify Mobile, CX Mobile and future apps, and owning the requirements-quality bar across them
Operationalize RIB's AI-augmented SDLC for mobile — using AI-assisted tooling to author and refine PBIs that are short, precise and behaviorally unambiguous for AI-augmented implementation
Capture, refine and validate product requirements with business stakeholders, under the direction of the responsible Product Managers
Verify cross-layer consistency across business requirements, UX designs and API contracts — resolving gaps before they reach development
Run and facilitate sprint ceremonies, using AI-assisted analysis of sprint patterns to surface recurring blockers and improve predictability
Manage product backlogs across the portfolio — clarity, prioritization, sprint readiness
Identify, track and resolve cross-team and cross-app dependencies proactively, including shared components such as the unified offline engine
Act as the primary point of contact for delivery teams on scope, priority and clarifications — shielding engineering bandwidth from avoidable interruptions
Coordinate release readiness and go/no-go across multiple release trains
Communicate status, risks and blockers clearly and proactively
Collaborate with Product Managers and architects on alignment across vision, roadmap and dependencies
Continuously refine backlog and delivery approach based on feedback, metrics and evolving priorities
