We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Finishing & Execution to oversee finishing activities and manage overall site execution for ongoing projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion of work, and smooth coordination between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete finishing works including painting, flooring, false ceiling, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishing.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.
- Manage material requirements, site measurements, and work approvals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain proper communication with clients and management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in site execution and finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of construction and interior finishing activities.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities independently.
