Job Description
Avodha EduTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Tutor to join our Kottayam team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Human Resource Management and the ability to train and mentor students through practical and interactive sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom training on HR concepts and practices.
- Teach topics such as recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, performance management, and labor laws.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study materials.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students with assignments, projects, and interview preparation.
- Maintain attendance and training records.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and industry practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior teaching, training, or HR industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
